You will be responsible for delivering a range of activity sessions from Archery to High Roped Activities throughout the day, as well as working with groups some evenings, to engage with them in their free time with woodland games, taking them through meal sittings, liaising with teachers and generally organising the group throughout their stay.
All Instructors undergo a comprehensive onsite training & we put forward appropriate candidates for apprenticeships in activity leadership with Easton & Otley College. All instructors are offered competitive weekly wage, staff uniform, & access to training & development opportunities that reflects the job role.
There are two main roles with in the catering department, the cook and the assistant. Although these two roles work as a team within the kitchen they also have their own priorities. The cook is generally in charge of the kitchen and concentrates on the food preparation and cooking whereas the assistant concentrates on the set up of the dining room, serving and clearing up. Working together this team will cater for up to 60 people with one or two health, homemade meal options per sitting.
We run an annual stabilised hours system to ensure a regular weekly income, normally weekly hours will range from 16 to 30 dependent on the exact position being offered. Hours of work are set into shift times of 4/6 hours typically between the hours of 7am and 7pm, these are equally distributed within the team across weekdays and weekends. Training and guidance will initially be given with continued support thereafter.

Experienced in housekeeping or not we will supply you with the training required. Duties will involve cleaning bedrooms, toilets, communal areas and offices which will include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying bins and any other related tasks.
