We believe in ‘Challenge by Choice’ in which individuals are given opportunities to explore and exceed personal boundaries within a safe and non threatening framework.
We are always sensitive to the needs of our clients and we design courses to provide each individual with appropriate challenge.

Outdoor Activities may be included in a programme – underlying our use of these is our intent to develop confidence, self esteem and assertiveness. Outdoor activities can break down barriers that maybe classroom style learning cannot reach.

Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)

SDI is our chosen personal profiling tool. It is quick introduce and easily understood.
SDI provides clients with powerful insights into the motivation underneath peoples behavior, It enables delegates to build better relationships and improve personal and team performance.
