We are absolutely delighted that the Hilltop team has won the 2017 Eastern Daily Press Business Award in the Customer Care Category.
The announcement was made at a glittering Awards Dinner on Thursday 2nd November at the Norfolk Showground. Levi roots provided an interesting and entertaining after dinner speech followed by the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony.
This was a hugely proud moment for Martin, Sue, Oliver & Helen who accepted the impressive trophy on behalf of the whole Hilltop team who work tirelessly to make sure all our valued customers get the best possible experience whilst at Hilltop.


Judges commented that: Ongoing investment ensures that Hilltop continues to excite all who return year in year out. There is a high expectation of customer care from both the parents and teachers and well as the children themselves, which was clearly evident in the many letters and feedback the business receives. 

A family-run business, where all 50 employees play an integral role in ensuring that the customer experience is enhanced by their interactions, it’s evident that they live up to their company motto: “we deliver what we promise”
